ARRIVAL

Accommodations are available from 3.00 pm till 10 pm

On arrival, guests are asked to hand in all passports for the police registration.

It is mandatory to communicate all persons staying through identification document. In case of non-communication trasgressors must leave the accommodation immediately.

Upon arrival, an identification bracelet will be delivered to be returned at check out. The bracelet should be worn throughout the stay in order to ensure safety inside the campsite and prevent access to strangers.

In case of delay, the pitch/accommodation reserved will be kept at guest’s disposal until 10.00 am of the following day.

The balance of the whole reserved period must be payed at arrival.

 

DEPOSIT

For all the accommodations, a deposit of € 100,00 cash is asked upon arrival, which will be returned by departure. In case of damages and/or not cleaning, the whole amount will not be returned.

 

HOW TO LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION BEFORE DEPARTURE

• FRIDGE: switched-off, unfreezed, cleaned, with the door open.

• BLANKETS & PILLOWS: blankets folded and ordinately stored with the pillows on the bed

• INVENTORY: equipment and accessories clean and dried.

• KITCHEN: hooven, sink, stoves clean and dried.

• BATHROOM: clean and dried.

• FLOORS: clean and dried.

• IN CASE OF NON CLEANING, THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

 

DEPARTURE

On departure date, the accommodation must be left within 10.00 am

In case of both delayed arrival or early departure guests must pay for the whole booked period, no matter if the accommodation is taken afterwards. An early arrival does not authorize an early departure.

 

ANIMALS

Animals not allowed in the accommodation. Offenders must leave the accommodation immediately, without any refund right.

 

The Management can send away from the camping any person responsible of vandalism or acts of harassment.
